Madison winters and early spring can be cold, especially when you’re walking across campus—which is why location is so important! All three of our properties are centrally located near many academic buildings, making it easier to get to class while spending less time walking or waiting for the bus.

The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent and is due upon contract signing. Parking contracts can start at any time. Parking contract end dates are May 15, August 12, or December 20. If parking is not available, your application will be placed on our waitlist.
